By registering for or participating in Motion Max Media Awards ("the Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register or submit an entry. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Motion Max Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Motion Max", "we", "us").
Entry is open to Indian citizens and residents aged 16 and above. Each entry requires payment of the applicable entry fee. By submitting an entry, you confirm that the work is original, you own all necessary rights, and you have obtained all required permissions for any third-party content included. Entries that violate these terms will be disqualified without refund.
You retain full ownership of your submitted work. By entering, you grant Motion Max a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your work for promotional purposes related to the Competition, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. This license is limited to promotional use and does not transfer ownership. We will always credit you as the creator.
Submissions must not contain: content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights; defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content; explicit sexual content or graphic violence without artistic justification; content that violates any applicable Indian law; content that promotes illegal activities. Motion Max reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these prohibitions.
All judging decisions are final and binding. Motion Max does not guarantee any particular outcome. The judging process is conducted in good faith by independent judges. Motion Max is not liable for any errors or omissions in the judging process. Results will be announced at the Grand Ceremony on 15 November 2026.
Prizes are awarded as described on the Competition website. Prize values are in Indian Rupees. Prize money is subject to applicable TDS deductions. Motion Max reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where the prize is cash). Winners must claim prizes within 60 days of notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Max shall not be liable for: any loss or damage to submitted works; technical failures affecting submission or judging; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation; any decisions made by judges. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the entry fee paid by that participant.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motion Max, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these terms; your submitted content infringing third-party rights; any misrepresentation you make in connection with your entry.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Motion Max reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
