When you register for Motion Max Media Awards, we collect personal information including your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and city of residence. When you submit an entry, we also collect your work samples, submission metadata, and payment information (processed securely through our payment gateway — we do not store card details). We may also collect usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and device information through cookies and analytics tools.
We use your personal information to: process your registration and submissions; communicate with you about your entry status, results, and certificates; process prize payments and issue KYC documentation; send you updates about Motion Max events, new seasons, and relevant opportunities (you may opt out at any time); improve our platform and user experience; comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: our judging panel (submission content only, anonymized); payment processors for transaction processing; technology service providers who operate our platform under strict confidentiality agreements; government authorities when required by law. Winners' names, cities, and winning works may be published publicly on our website and social media with your consent.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Submission data is retained for 3 years after the relevant season. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations. Our platform is not directed to children under 16. Participants aged 16–17 require parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
